Inside, the layout is relaxed and well-considered, with lift access and on-site parking keeping logistics simple. Dasoudi Beach is a five-minute walk away, with clean sandy shores, sunbeds, and beach bars waiting at the end of it. Walking and cycling paths along the coast, plus Dasoudi Park, mean there's plenty to keep you busy without venturing far.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair on request – one per bedroom, for children up to three years old. You'll need to arrange this before arrival, as availability isn't guaranteed.
* Cyprus uses UK-style three-pin plugs, so if you're travelling from mainland Europe or elsewhere, bring a plug adaptor or pick one up at the airport on your way in.
* Your host operates several homes here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
* Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
* Your host provides a starter supply of coffee, but you might want to bring your own to top this up.
