the front office (reception) service was good. the restaurant service was good. however, the room service was bad because 1) delayed cleaning the rooms at one time 1 got back around 3 and the room was yet to be cleaned 2) lack of adequate toiletries, thus my expectation is that if you removed used items they must be replaced.

The location is good, and the room size is good. However, the room is a bit smelly, and the team needs more customer service training. They are never a Swissotel experience. Definitely less than 5 stars of experience. I was looking to get a monthly/yearly agreement with the hotel, but the customer service was below expectations.
