The hotel is excellent, in a great location. The personnel is very friendly and knowledgeable. My only comment would be that for a 5 star hotel there are spots in the room that’s need renovation or painting and also according to my experience the beds were very very soft and I woke up with a back pain.

Moreover, we are sorry to read that you were not satisfied with your bed. In all Sofitel Hotels, we have a unique bedding type called MYBED™. Our beds are composed of a mattress and, on top of that, a topper mattress made of duck down and feathers. In order to ensure that you feel more comfortable during your stay next time , we will remove the mattress topper for a firmer bedding. We are sincerely sorry to read that you were not satisfied with some aspects of your room.
